We want you to be completely satisfied with your Gozney purchase. If you are not happy with your oven or accessories, you can return your unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused product back into its original shipping box, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
