How long does shipping take for my Gozney oven?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your oven leaves our warehouse.
What is the return policy for Gozney products?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that due to the size and weight of our ovens, return shipping fees may apply unless the product is defective.
Do Gozney ovens come with a warranty?
Yes, our ovens come with a standard 1-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects. You can extend this to a 5-year warranty by registering your product on our website within 60 days of purchase.
Can I use wood and gas in the same oven?
Many of our models, such as the Dome and Roccbox, feature dual-fuel capabilities. This allows you to enjoy the convenience of gas or the traditional flavor and experience of a wood-fired flame.

How do I clean and maintain my pizza oven?
For the stone floor, we recommend a high-heat 'burn off' to carbonize food residue, followed by a light brushing. The exterior can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent once the oven has completely cooled.
